My role as the CTO @ Turbo Tenant
I managed and recruited a full stack technical engineering team with 9 direct reports including 1:1s and professional development. My role was to set the vision for how technology would be used in the company. Ensured that the technological resources meet the company’s short and long-term needs. Outlined the goals for research and development. Created timelines for the development and deployment of all technological services. Made executive decisions on behalf of the company’s technological requirements. Acted as a mentor to team members. Maintained a consumer-focused outlook and aided in the delivery of IT projects to market. Managed technology budgets and time frames. R&D work to stay on top of technology trends and developments. Ensured all technology practices adhere to regulatory standards.
