Company overview:

RADAR Relay, is a DeFi wallet-to-wallet trading platform. Users can trade directly from MetaMask, Ledger, Trezor, or mobile wallets using WalletConnect. RADAR RELAY sources orders from their own order book as well as 13 other trading venues to give users competitive trade prices. Offering a simplified GUI for those looking to get into the trading world and a robust open source tool suite for automated algo trading. We also build an LMS system for new comers to understand the web3 world. Radar was acquired by Blockcap & Core Scientific in late 2020/21

My role as the VP of Engineering @ RADAR Relay

Managed technical multi-cloud infrastructure and distributed engineering teams with 15 direct reports including 1:1s and professional development. Worked directly with the CTO on the technical roadmap and technical strategy. Collaborated with cross-functional teams (Product Owners, Finance, Quality Assurance, and Engineering to execute the technical roadmap, code standards and ensure that the technological resources met the company’s short and long-term needs. Outlined the goals for research and development. Created timelines for the development and deployment of all technological services. Made executive decisions on behalf of the company’s technological requirements. Act as a mentor to team members. Maintained consumer-focused systems and aided in the delivery of IT projects to market. Managed technology budgets and time frames. R&D work to stay on top of technology trends and developments. Ensured all technology practices adhere to SEC and OFAC regulatory standards.
