My role as the Director of Development @ Commercial Tribe

Leading and managing a team of 12 fullstack team members, sprint planning, and SCRUM daily stand-up in all time zones. Liaison for cross-functional teams (engineering, product, design, sales, QA, VPE, CTO) Supervises daily activities, performance, and schedules for U.S., Argentina, and India development teams including onboarding, training and mentoring. Govern pull requests, documentation policies, and best practices. Daily active code contributor.

  • Normalization of sprint burndown to be on the trend line
  • Lead time (task created and deployed) = 2 weeks
